What Is Your Fitness Goal For 2012?
No, I did not say what is your weight goal? That
comes as a by-product of eating for, training for and
achieving your fitness goal. So-o-o-o, what is it?
My goal is to do and do well at what I have never
thought I would or could do. 12 events in 12 months. I
ran my first half marathon in January after training for
only 3 weeks. My goal was out there but I
grabbed hold of it and ran straight at it.
In February I
will do the Super Spartan 8½ miles in under one
hour. If ten people achieve that time, I will be one of
them. In March my first official 17 minute 5K or
39 minute 10K. For April through December I will make
my goal list soon with a duathlon, maybe a triathlon
and whatever else is out there. So I ask you again,
