One To One Fitness is a private personal training studio located in Coral Springs, Florida, and has been helping individuals of all abilities achieve and surpass their optimal fitness and nutritional goals for over 17 years. In addition to programs for adults of all ages, we have an established fitness program for kids that teaches them the fundamentals of speed, conditioning and nutrition to maximize their athletic potential.

Owner Manuel Mair and his team of trained professionals, Richard Alvarez, Michelle Chambers, Charles Rose, Kenny Symanski, Fabiola Lima, Eric Wolfe and Adrienne Silver invite you to visit our state-of-the-art facility conveniently located at the southeast corner of Westview Drive and University Drive, just one block south of the Sawgrass Expressway.

Our mission is to maximize your strength and health potential by educating you on important nutritional concepts, lifting mechanics, cardiovascular training (Suunto target heart rate), and realistic goal setting.

All of the trainers at One To One Fitness hold the highest certification standards in the field today – ACSM, NSCA, Fitness Institute International, USA Track & Field, USA Olympic Weight Training, Exercise Science Degrees, and CPR/AED/First Aid.

Manny's Fitness Goals

What Is Your Fitness Goal For 2012? No, I did not say what is your weight goal? That comes as a by-product of eating for, training for and achieving your fitness goal. So-o-o-o, what is it? My goal is to do and do well at what I have never thought I would or could do. 12 events in 12 months. I ran my first half marathon in January after training for only 3 weeks. My goal was out there but I grabbed hold of it and ran straight at it.

In February I will do the Super Spartan 8½ miles in under one hour. If ten people achieve that time, I will be one of them. In March my first official 17 minute 5K or 39 minute 10K. For April through December I will make my goal list soon with a duathlon, maybe a triathlon and whatever else is out there. So I ask you again, What is YOUR fitness goal? Everyone's favorite, the Jacob's Ladder, crazy step mill, 30 percent incline treadmill and the likable lovable rowing machine.
